Agreement between User and Piper Diagnostics Inventory

Welcome to Piper Diagnostics Inventory. The Piper Diagnostics Inventory mobile application (the "App") is provided by Piper Diagnostics and is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of Piper Diagnostics Inventory constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Piper Diagnostics Inventory - Keeping Track of Your Inventory

Piper Diagnostics Inventory is a mobile application designed to help you keep track of your inventory, including the items you've used and items that need restocking.

Privacy

Your use of Piper Diagnostics Inventory is subject to Piper Diagnostics' Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Using Piper Diagnostics Inventory or sending electronic messages to Piper Diagnostics constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically, via email and within the App, meet the legal requirement for written communication.

Your Account

When you use this App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to restrict access to your device and acknowledge that you are accountable for all activities that occur under your account or password. Account assignment or transfer to another person or entity is not permitted. Piper Diagnostics is not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from theft or misappropriation. Piper Diagnostics and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our discretion.

Children Under Thirteen

Piper Diagnostics Inventory does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may only use Piper Diagnostics Inventory with parental or guardian permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

Piper Diagnostics Inventory may contain links to third-party websites and services ("Linked Services"). Piper Diagnostics does not control Linked Services, and we are not responsible for their content, including links contained within them or any updates. We provide these links for your convenience and do not endorse these sites or their operators.

Certain services available through Piper Diagnostics Inventory may be delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality within the Piper Diagnostics Inventory app, you acknowledge and consent to Piper Diagnostics sharing information with third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship to provide services on behalf of Piper Diagnostics Inventory users and customers.

Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Piper Diagnostics Inventory in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. You may not damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the App's functionality or another user's experience.

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Piper Diagnostics or its suppliers, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to respect all copyright and proprietary notices and not modify or exploit any content without express written permission from Piper Diagnostics and the copyright owner. No ownership rights are granted to you.

International Users

Piper Diagnostics Inventory is administered by Piper Diagnostics from within the USA. If you access the App from outside the USA, you are responsible for complying with local laws. You agree not to use Piper Diagnostics Inventory in any country or manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piper Diagnostics, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms, or any applicable laws or regulations. Piper Diagnostics reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that they will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by a neutral arbitrator. Class actions and collective actions are not allowed.

Disclaimer of Liability

The information, software, products, and services in Piper Diagnostics Inventory may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Piper Diagnostics and its suppliers do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, timeliness, or suitability of the content. To the extent permitted by law, all content is provided "as is" without warranty.

Piper Diagnostics and its suppliers are not liable for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App or these Terms is to discontinue use.

Termination and Access Restrictions

Piper Diagnostics reserves the right to terminate your access to the App or any part of it at any time, without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with exclusive jurisdiction in Virginia courts.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Piper Diagnostics as a result of this agreement. This agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes. If any part is deemed invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Piper Diagnostics regarding the App, supersedes prior communications, and is written in English.

Changes to Terms

Piper Diagnostics reserves the right to change the Terms at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms supersedes previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms for updates.
