Set Up Piper Inventory

*best done on a computer

Step 1: Build Your Inventory List

1. Download the Inventory Template spreadsheet:

Add names of the parts you want to stock

2. Generate barcodes: 

Paste barcode numbers in and save the file.

3. Log in to your dashboard to upload into your account.

Go to your Hub → Click “Upload Inventory” → Select your saved spreadsheet.

Step 2: Order Recommended Hardware

Step 3: Print and Scan Labels

1. Turn on your barcode printer, open its label software/app, import your spreadsheet, then click “Print.”
2. Pair your scanner by turning it on, scanning the provided pairing code, then selecting it under Bluetooth settings on your device.
3. Open Piper Inventory app, scan a barcode, and you’re live!
